So, we’re doing this commercial for Mac & Cheese, and they fly in a bear from Hollywood. Not a real bear—relax—but the actual costume from The Revenant. Yeah, the one that mauled Leo. We take this bear suit out to a forest outside of Prague, put a guy in it, and have him hurl some poor kid into the air. Naturally, the kid doesn’t land in the dirt; he lands in my stage set build. Because that’s how physics works in commercials. I built him a couple of colorful kitchens and a loft living room to crash into. Just another day in the business of selling pasta.
